Harrison grew up in an extremely musical household. He became infatuated with guitar and heavy music at a very young age and would spend hours learning guitar riffs with his dad after school.

 

He began drumming in high school, initially dabbling in it to avoid having to fight over the one decent guitar in the music room but he very quickly became obsessed with the instrument.

 

Harrison later started studying all of his favourite drummers and dived into learning as many techniques and musical concepts as he could find, practicing relentlessly every day.

 

Harrison is best known for his work in the Melbourne metalcore band LUNE, and the Newcastle technical death metal band The Pain Body, along with his work as a music tutor.
